Inner Peace

Inner peace will come at last
its written in the stars, they say
the negatives in my life are past
and life begins anew today

Take life one step at a time
and live it day by day
Live it peaceful, yet sublime
Make your path, your own way

Find true harmony and others will see
your inner light will shine
don’t be just who “they” want you to be
be yourself, true to you, be thine

Walk the path with your head up high
and your feet firmly on the ground
honor the earth, the moon and the sky
and your inner peace will abound
